So here it is:
I am finding that just being present in this idea of an hour of joy, I am finding I enjoy all kinds of things!

cooking, gardening, eating, making, sleeping, pinning, planning, dreaming....... the list goes on and on.
I am finding out,
that it really is,
just about being there,
IN the moment.
